Hey there, I'm Alyssa! 

 

In the publishing world, I'm represented by Naomi Perry of Gildlings.

 

I love telling stories and gravitate towards queer fiction with fantastical or supernatural elements.

My vibe is a little spooky, but with an affinity for bright colors. So kind of like a vampire in the 1980's.

A Bit About Me

I'm a cartoonist currently living in Oakland, CA with my partner/muse.

When I'm not making comics, printmaking, or animating -- I enjoy daydreaming,

picnic-ing and playing lots of dungeons and dragons. 

​

I'm actively on submission with my graphic novel Rewire, but before that

I was an animator at Pixar for around four years, working on 

Luca, Lightyear, Elemental, Elio, Inside Out 2, and Dream Productions. 

​

Alongside my good ol' college friends, I run a artist collective called The HeART Searchers Collective. We make annual zines together and are working on our second volume now! I also do a lot of printmaking and have made my first solo mini comic called Puki and Wurm Hex Their Landlord, which is 32 pages of fluorescent riso ink and curse brewing shenanigans.
